REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. THE 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
In strict compliance with international consumer protection standards and European Union guidelines, VALKRYEN operates a mandatory 14-day return framework. Customers have the right to initiate a return request within 14 calendar days from the official delivery date marked by the carrier log.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To preserve the integrity of our high-end apparel line, returned merchandise must satisfy the following strict quality conditions:
• The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear, scents, or alterations.
• All original architectural tags, security seals, and brand labels must remain fully intact and attached.
• The item must be returned inside its original, undamaged premium packaging.
3. RETURN EXECUTION PROCESS
To initiate an official return, you must contact our dedicated support division via concierge@valkryen.com to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipping labels, logistics arrangements, and associated costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns sent without a verified RMA will not be accepted.
4. PROCESSING AND EXECUTION OF REFUNDS
Upon physical receipt at our distribution center, our logistics team will conduct a thorough quality inspection within 3 to 5 business days. Once verified and approved, the refund will be executed immediately. The funds will be credited back to the customer's original payment method (Stripe/Credit Card matrix) within 5 to 7 business days, depending entirely on your banking institution's pro
cessing cycles.
